From the very beginning, when Ralph Hale first started delivering explosives, the Quick Supply Co. story was taking shape. It started with a commitment to our first generation of customers through hard work, efficiency and excellent service. As the company evolved, we continued building on our early values with a strong focus on customer, safety and family.<\/span><\/p>\n

Today, approaching our 4th generation, our values have been fine tuned to consistently reflect all of these important traits not only within Quick Supply Co., but within each of the businesses under the Hale Holdings umbrella. They focus our commitment to Customers, our commitment to Safety, and our dedication to Family, both within and outside of our operations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Quick Supply Co. is founded in Des Moines, Iowa as a DuPont Powder Distributor.<\/p>

Bennett Explosives, founded in 1956 in Manchester, Iowa, becomes part of the Hale Family of Companies.<\/p>

Quick Supply Co. enters the landscape products and materials business and begins supplying hardscape materials, including retaining wall block, pavers, and natural stone from our Des Moines, Iowa location.<\/p>

Quick Supply Co. acquires Elite Blasting Services, LLC (founded in 2015) with locations in Stony Point, North Carolina; Jefferson, Georgia; and Jacksboro, Tennessee.<\/p>

Quick Supply Co. expands our service area in the Central Division with the opening of our Bloomington, Indiana and Battletown, Kentucky locations.<\/p>

Truck Shop Opens <\/h3>

Quick Supply Co. opens our truck shop in Clear Lake, Iowa to build our own trucks, allowing us to have the latest and greatest technology to serve customers.<\/p>

Company Rebrands<\/h3>

With our many blasting acquisitions over the years, we decided it was time to unite these entities as one under the Quick Supply Co. name. Our acquisitions, Quality Blasting Services, Dole Explosives and Elite Blasting Services, all officially switch to doing business as Quick Supply Co.<\/p>
