Hydraway 2000

Hydraway 2000 is a high-performance, flat strip subsurface drainage system designed to rapidly remove excess water from turf, landscapes, and structural foundations. It is widely used in:
• Athletic fields (natural and synthetic turf)
• Residential waterproofing
• Commercial landscaping
• Roadway and infrastructure drainage

Core Design and Performance
The system consists of a heavy-duty, clog-resistant geotextile fabric heat-fused to a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) core, offering:
• 70% inflow rate per linear foot, compared to 3–5% for traditional perforated pipe
• High compressive strength (11,400 PSF) and 21 GPM/ft width flow rate
• Flexible, lightweight construction for easy installation by hand or machine
• DOT-approved materials and long-term durability

Features:

  • High Flow Rate: 21 gallons per minute per foot width – far exceeds traditional perforated pipe.
  • Flat Strip Design: Allows for easy installation in narrow trenches.
  • Heavy-Duty Geotextile: Heat-fused to the core for superior filtration and clog resistance.
  • HDPE Core: Provides 11,400 PSF compressive strength.
  • Flexible & Lightweight: Easy to handle and install without heavy equipment.

Benefits:

  • Faster Drainage: Removes water up to 5x faster than traditional systems.
  • Lower Installation Costs: No gravel required, less trenching, and fewer labor hours.
  • Long-Term Durability: Proven zero-failure rate in demanding applications.
  • Versatile Use: Ideal for sports fields, landscaping, roadways, and foundation waterproofing.

Applications

  • Sports construction (e.g., baseball, football, golf)
  • Infrastructure projects requiring rapid dewatering
  • Residential and commercial waterproofing where hydrostatic pressure is a concern
