Ohio Peterbilt is looking for a powerhouse Fleet Sales Representative to spearhead the expansion of our fleet business. This isn’t a role for someone who wants to sit behind a desk—it’s for a high-impact relationship builder who knows how to infiltrate major fleets (100+ units) and convince them that the Peterbilt Red Oval is the only choice for their business.
Who You Are
The Infiltrator: You have a working knowledge of the largest fleets in Ohio and, more importantly, you know how to find the right decision-makers and get them to move from their current suppliers.
The Class 8 Expert: You bring extensive experience in Class 8 truck sales and a track record of high-performance results.
The Elite Negotiator: You possess superior negotiation skills and the ability to sell the "entire package" — not just a truck, but the full backing of Ohio Peterbilt.
The Road Warrior: You are ready for extensive in-state travel to meet prospects where they are and build deep, long-lasting partnerships.
The Team Player: You work seamlessly with our service, parts and Up-Time teams to ensure our customers experience world-class support.
What You’ll Do
Identify and secure new business from fleets with 100+ power units throughout the Ohio AOR.
Proactively develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and overall profitability.
Manage customer relationships post-sale to ensure total satisfaction, repeat business, and high retention.
Utilize CRM and technology to track pipelines, daily call activities and overall sales performance.
Stay in sync with Ohio Machinery guidelines to maintain a standard of excellence in every interaction.
