Are you a skilled machinist looking for an exciting opportunity? We’re seeking a talented Hydraulic Service Technician to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for precision and a knack for working with a variety of machine shop equipment, we want to hear from you!
Job Summary:
As a Machinist, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, responsible for machining ferrous and non-ferrous materials to tight tolerance specifications. You’ll use your expertise to interpret instructions and blueprints, and operate a range of equipment including manual and CNC lathes and mills, horizontal and vertical boring mills, horizontal saws, overhead cranes, forklifts, and more.
What You’ll Need:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 3-5 years of machine shop experience, ideally in a hydraulic repair setting, on manual machining tooling. Experience in other industries will also be considered.
Skills: Proficiency with precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, thread gauges, and indicators. Strong experience with manual machining tooling will be required. CNC experience is a plus but not required.
Attributes: Strong attention to detail, good judgment, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
