Ralph Hale<\/h3>

Founder<\/h4><\/div>

Ralph Hale, born and raised in Leeds, Alabama, graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Alabama in 1939. In 1946, he started working for DuPont Powder. Ralph was an entrepreneur at heart. He purchased Quick Supply Co. from Herb Quick in 1953 and never looked back. He had the drive and passion necessary to build Quick Supply Co. into the successful business it is today while laying the groundwork for what would become the Hale Family of Companies. Ralph was deeply committed to his customers, emphasizing that the customer is always right, a principle he passed down to future generations.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

John Hale<\/h3>

CEO\/Owner<\/h4><\/div>

As the CEO of Hale Holdings, John Hale is responsible for leading the Hale Family of Companies toward a prosperous future. He oversees the high-level operations of the multi-specialty company and provides expert guidance to the senior leadership team. His father Ralph was his mentor, teaching him the business at a very young age, with a focus on building relationships and prioritizing the customer.<\/p><\/div>

Mike Hale<\/h3>

President<\/h4><\/div>

Mike Hale is the President of Hale Holdings. He began his career in the warehouse at Quick Supply Co., working each summer throughout high school and college. After graduating from the University of Iowa, he assumed a full time position in the explosives division as he began learning what it takes to work in the field, doing shots and blasts. His hard work quickly led to a position in sales where he gained valuable experience in management, including how to run the business.<\/p><\/div>
