DSC's pattern of progress can directly be attributed to Bob's hands-on and service-oriented philosophy. As President and Chief Executive Officer of DSC Dredge, LLC (DSC), Bob Wetta has a background in sales and operations for the company. DSC's pattern of progress can directly be attributed to Bob's hands-on and service-oriented philosophy.

Bob has been instrumental in setting up international representation for DSC's products. Territories currently included within DSC's representation encompass all of South America, Africa, the Philippines, Bangladesh, Russia and Kazakhstan. Bob also has promoted sales for DSC worldwide, with DSC equipment now working on five continents in more than 40 countries.

Bob's professional activities currently involve him as an ex-officio member of the Board of Directors for the Western Dredging Association (WEDA). He is currently a member of the Young Presidents Organization and the Louisiana District Export Council (past Chair). Bob was the recipient of the Western Dredging Association's "2014 Dredger of the Year Award."

On April 26, 2018, Secretary Wilbur Ross, United States Department of Commerce, appointed Bob Wetta, President and CEO of DSC Dredge LLC to serve on the President's Advisory Council on Doing Business in Africa (PAC-DBIA).

William (Bill) Wetta serves as project manager at all phases of engineering and construction for the company. Bill's responsibilities include oversight of the Engineering, Automation, Product Support, Manufacturing, and Information Technology departments for the Reserve, Louisiana-based Company. Bill is a Registered Professional Engineer in Mechanical Engineering (LA 23722) and obtained his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University.

Bill's professional activities presently involve him serving on several committees for the National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association (NSSGA). His professional memberships include the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, National Society of Professional Engineers, Louisiana Engineering Society, Society of Automotive Engineers and Western Dredging Association (WEDA). Bill is also actively involved in many civic and charitable organizations including ROCKPAC, the LSU Foundation, and a local community advisory panel reporting on plant emissions. Bill routinely conducts lectures and seminars on hydraulic dredging, hydraulic transport, troubleshooting and repair at the Texas A&M Dredging Engineering Short Course and various NSSGA events.

In February of 2019, William was awarded the Barry K. Wendt Commitment Award during National Stone, Sand and Gravel Association's annual convention in Indianapolis. Deemed The aggregates industry's highest, most distinguished individual award, NSSGA established the Wendt award more than two decades ago to recognize individuals who exhibit the dedication and commitment to the industry that Barry Wendt did.

Doy Dugan is a seasoned executive with over thirty years of global financial and operational experience working for both public and private companies.

As VP and Chief Financial Officer at DSC, Dugan heads all aspects of the financial team which includes business planning & analysis, accounting, reporting, internal audit, tax, treasury, investor relations, information management, and global business services. Dugan is a CPA with an MBA.

Josh Louviere is the Vice President of Operations (VP of Operations) at DSC Dredge, where he brings extensive experience in manufacturing and industrial equipment automation to the dredging industry. As VP of Operations, Josh is responsible for streamlining DSC's operational and business processes elevating organizational efficiency.

As a seasoned leader, Josh is committed to leading teams toward success. He is known for his exceptional work ethic, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills. He understands the importance of working collaboratively with others to achieve shared goals and consistently demonstrates a commitment to developing and nurturing positive working relationships.

In addition to his work at DSC, Josh is also an Ironman Certified Coach and an active member of the Acadiana Veterans Alliance. He has a long-standing commitment to giving back to his community and supporting others, both in his personal and professional life. His leadership skills have been recognized on numerous platforms including receiving the “Distinguished Leadership Award” after serving as an Army Staff Sergeant during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Josh holds a BA in Systems Management from the University of Arkansas (Grantham).
