PERMINATOR underslab vapor barrier represents a breakthrough in polyolefin-based resin and chemical technology. This advanced solution delivers an efficient and cost-effective way to minimize moisture and water vapor penetration through concrete slabs, significantly reducing the risks of fungus, mildew, and mold formation. Additionally, PERMINATOR provides robust protection against radon gas infiltration.

Thanks to its innovative resin technology, PERMINATOR boasts exceptional puncture resistance while maintaining one of the lowest perm ratings available on the market. Engineered for durability, it withstands typical construction site conditions, resisting cracks, punctures, snags, splits, and tears.

By controlling moisture ingress, PERMINATOR helps slabs maintain maximum allowable moisture emission rates and relative humidity levels as specified by flooring manufacturers. It is available in both 10 mil and 15 mil thickness options to meet varying project needs.
