Carlisle Barritech VP

Barritech VP is a high-performance, fluid-applied membrane crafted from inherently fire-resistant materials. Designed for exterior wall assemblies, it acts as both an air barrier and water-resistive barrier. Barritech VP can be installed in temperatures as low as 20°F, offering versatility across various climates. Its vapor-permeable structure allows moisture vapor to diffuse directly through the membrane, enhancing its efficiency.

Suitable for use on a range of building materials—including concrete block, concrete, exterior gypsum sheathing, plywood, and OSB—Barritech VP adheres seamlessly to substrates. This flexible, rubber-like membrane is a single-component, air-drying product that can be applied effortlessly using a spray or roller. Its elastic properties effectively bridge cracks and seal around penetrations, forming a durable, continuous, monolithic air and water barrier.
