Carlisle MiraSEAL is an innovative, 100%-solids, fluid-applied, single-component waterproofing solution. This moisture-reacted, elastomeric, coal-tar, and solvent-free modified polymer forms a durable, flexible, and seamless waterproof membrane for both vertical and horizontal surfaces.

Thanks to its moisture-reactive and non-gassing properties, MiraSEAL offers exceptional adhesion to concrete substrates, both above- and below-grade, effectively preventing lateral water migration even in moisture-rich environments. Its toughness and resilience enable it to bridge structural or shrinkage cracks that may form in the substrate.

For added efficiency, MiraSEAL can be applied wet on wet in horizontal installations, significantly reducing installation time.
