WR Meadows PRECON Waterproofing Membrane

WR Meadows PRECON is a high-performance composite sheet membrane engineered for superior waterproofing and vaporproofing. It consists of a durable non-woven fabric and elastomeric membrane, strengthened by the PLASMATIC CORE—a seven-layer matrix designed for exceptional toughness and delivering the industry’s lowest water vapor transmission (WVT) rating.

Once concrete is poured against PRECON and fully cured, a mechanical bond forms, securely attaching the concrete to the membrane. This makes PRECON ideal as a blindside membrane for vertical applications where positive side access is restricted. It is also highly effective in horizontal installations, serving as an underslab waterproofing and vaporproofing solution.
