Victor Solis is an Inside Sales Representative at the Kansas City location. He manages customer relationships and material procurement for clients in the hardscapes and geosynthetics industries. The family environment at ASP is one of his favorite aspects of working at ASP.

Will McKinney works at the Kansas City branch as an Inside Sales Representative. In addition to sales, Will provides customer service and operational support to customers, and also has his CDL. He’s been with ASP since 2014 and enjoys how the team works together like a family.

Matt Albright has been a loyal employee for more than 20 years. He started his career as a driver and is now an Inside Sales Representative and Estimator. Each day is busy with support for customers, from writing estimates, assisting with questions, or working in the warehouse to assist when needed.

Steve Polinsky has worked as an Inside Sales Representative at ASP for over 15 years. He provides service and sales support to customers. He also arranges product procurement and delivery. He’s an active member of the Nebraska LICA.

Dave Greeninger is an Inside Sales Representative at the St. Louis location. He has been with ASP for 25 years, having climbed the ranks after starting as a driver in the warehouse. He is committed to supporting customers by coordinating deliveries, ordering materials, and meeting a variety of customer needs every day.

Earl Pellerin is an Inside Sales Representative at the St. Louis location. He’s responsible for the day-to-day operations associated with taking care of customer needs, including logistics, accounts payable and receivable, purchasing, and inventory management. According to Earl, the family atmosphere at ASP is one of the best aspects of the job.

Providing excellent customer service is what drives Buddy Strauser in his role as Technical Sales Representative. Whether he’s prospecting for new customers or quoting natural stone materials, Buddy enjoys utilizing his 20 years of experience in the industry, and where at ASP, there’s a shared vision for supporting customers throughout the entire purchasing cycle.

Royce Michaels has been with ASP for 15 years and has nearly three decades of experience serving customers in the industry. As a Technical Sales Representative, he values the relationships he’s built with each customer by partnering with them to solve issues and helping them complete projects successfully.

Chance Dunlap works at the Wentzville location as an Inside Sales Representative. He enjoys providing excellent service to the hardworking customers in his region, along with important information and resources, as needed. He also makes himself readily available to the outside sales team to ensure a smooth sales process for all.

As the Office Manager, Nicole Doss is responsible for day-to-day operations and general administrative support to ensure the office runs smoothly while also providing resources to our customers. She enjoys working with the entire team at ASP because it feels like a family.

As the Director of Safety & Compliance, Dan Wicka oversees initiatives that ensure the safety of all employees. He’s also responsible for ensuring the company meets all federal, state, and local regulations to operate within their given regions. Dan has 24 years of experience in safety and 12 years in mining. He’s a member of the American Society of Safety Professionals and has an associate degree in Occupational Safety and Health.
